Private Insurance and Payments
Please note that for families self paying for BPC services payment is required within 7 days of the appointment.
Bristol Paediatric Clinic is registered with all the main private medical insurance providers. But please feel free to get in touch with us to check.
For families paying for BPC services using health insurance cover, it is really important that you let BPC know your policy number when you register and that you find out your specific authorisation code for your appointment and either let BPC know this before you attend (by email or phone) or bring it with you on the day of your appointment.
Please also remember that your insurance provider might cap the cost of your cover and that this might be lower than the cost of your appointment. It is your responsibility to check this.
Please note for families who are self paying: failure to pay your invoice may result in your account being passed onto a debt collection agency. You may incur additional fees such as reasonable debt recovery costs, and your credit rating may be affected.
